SOUL SHINE CLIENT AGREEMENT

 

This Coaching Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into as of the Effective Date (defined below) by and between:

Coach and Client are collectively referred to as the “Parties.”

1. PURPOSE

 

Coach will provide, and Client will pay for, life coaching services as part of the Soul Shine Mastermind in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

2. CONTRACT DATE

 

This Agreement is effective as of the date of execution (“Effective Date”).

3. THE COACHING RELATIONSHIP

 

3.1 Client acknowledges that coaching is a team effort. Results are directly correlated to Client’s participation, openness, and commitment.

 

3.2 Client understands and agrees that Client is solely responsible for creating and implementing decisions, actions, and results arising from coaching. Coach is not liable for Client’s actions or inactions.

 

3.3 Coaching is not therapy, medical treatment, financial advising, legal advising, or any form of professional counseling. Client agrees to seek such independent professional guidance as needed.

4. COACHING SERVICES

 

Coach agrees to provide the following during the 6-month Soul Shine Mastermind:

  • Six months of high-touch coaching and support

  • A luxury in-person retreat (dates provided separately)

  • A mailed gift box

  • Ongoing group support between calls

  • Two (2) private 1:1 sessions with Coach during the program

 

Monthly Call Rhythm (subject to minor adjustment by Coach): 

  • One Teaching Call

  • One Group Coaching Call

  • One Somatic Practice Call

  • One Guest Expert Session

5. SCHEDULING & ATTENDANCE

 

Client agrees to the set program schedule. No make-ups or substitutions will be provided for missed calls.

6. COMPENSATION

 

6.1 The investment for Soul Shine is $5,000 USD (“Contract Price”), payable as follows:

 

Payment Options: 

  • Pay in Full: $5,000

  • 6-Month Payment Plan: 6 monthly payments of $833

  • 8-Month Extended Payment Plan: 8 monthly payments of $625

  • Minus any applicable early-bird discounts (e.g., $500 off if enrolled before 9/15/2025).

 

6.2 All payment plans are set up as automatic recurring billing of the card on file.

 

6.3 Client is responsible for the full Contract Price regardless of participation.

 

6.4 All payments are non-refundable for any reason.

7. TERM

 

This Agreement covers the 6-month Soul Shine Mastermind program and related services.

8. TERMINATION

 

8.1 No refunds will be issued.

8.2 Client is responsible for the full Contract Price regardless of participation.

8.3 Coach shall not be liable for delays caused by force majeure events (acts of God, illness, technology failures, etc.).

9. CONFIDENTIALITY

 

All information shared in coaching is considered confidential. Coach will not disclose Client’s information without written consent except as required by law, safety concerns, or professional necessity.

10. INDEMNIFICATION

 

Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Coach and Anna Cantwell, LLC from any claims or liabilities arising from participation in Soul Shine, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct by Coach.

11. PUBLICITY

 

Client grants Coach permission to use testimonials, likeness, or results in marketing (first name only, unless otherwise approved), while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive details.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

 

Coach makes no guarantees regarding outcomes. Liability is limited to the total amount paid under this Agreement.

13. MISCELLANEOUS

 

13.1 This Agreement is governed by Colorado law.

13.2 This Agreement contains the entire understanding between the Parties.

13.3 Modifications must be in writing and signed by both Parties.

13.4 Notices shall be delivered via email to the addresses listed above.

13.5 This Agreement may be executed electronically and in counterparts.

SIGNATURES

By enrolling in Soul Shine and submitting payment, Client agrees to the terms of this Agreement.
